By placing an order with our company, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Shipping

We ship orders via USPS or UPS. All orders will be processed and shipped within our stated turnaround time. Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

All packages are insured. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will gladly assist by providing any necessary documentation if needed.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may arise during international transit. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.

 

Order Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
